Photo Reginald Garton WILBERFORCE6 was born on 23 Jan 1838 in Brightstone.6 He died on 19 Jan 1914 in Bramlands.6 He was of Bramlands, Henfield, Sussex, formerly of Lavington Park, Sussex , D.L., J.P., Barrister-at-Law, Ensign 52nd Light Infantry. He was the third man into the Kashmir Gate, at the Siege of Delhi following the Inidan Mutiny, 1857, serving under John Nicholson. He wrote a book " An Unrecorded Chapter of the Indian Mutiny", which was critical of the Delhi campaign.

Reginald Garton WILBERFORCE and Anna Maria DENMAN were married on 16 Jul 1867 in Lavington, Sussex ( Now Seaford College).6 Photo Anna Maria DENMAN6 (daughter of Lord Richard DENMAN) died on 21 Oct 1938. She was born in Westergate Arundel, Co. Sussex.6 Fourth daughter of Hon Richard Denman was born in Westergate Arundel, Co. Sussex. Grandaughter of Lord Thomas Denman 1st Baron, Solicitor General to Queen Caroline and Lord Chief Justice of England 1833-1850, involved in the bill to emancipate Slaves in British Dominions, 1833.
